Time to Go does not currently offer user account creation. The only personal information we collect is information you voluntarily provide when you contact us directly — for example, your name and email address submitted through our contact form.
We also automatically collect non-personal, anonymous usage metrics and analytics (such as page views, button clicks, and general interaction data) to monitor performance, diagnose technical issues, and improve the application's user experience. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Voice & Audio Data
Time to Go uses AI-generated voices to deliver your reminders. We do not record or store your voice. Audio reminders are generated on-device or via secure cloud processing and are not retained after playback.
The AI voices used in the Time to Go app are powered by OpenAI's Text-to-Speech (TTS) API. When a reminder is triggered, the reminder text is sent to OpenAI's servers solely for the purpose of generating the audio output. This data is processed in accordance with OpenAI's Privacy Policy. We do not store or share your reminder text with any other third parties for this purpose.
4. Data Sharing
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to your request. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
